2021 Member and Registration Information
2021 Fee Structure
The membership fees for the 2021 season will be $130. ECMC membership will include entry fees to the four (4) tournament events and the Club Championship. Your membership fees also covers expenses for handicap processing, voice mail, website, supplies and administration fees. GREEN FEES ARE NOT INCLUDED FOR EVENTS.
As a club member, you will be extended an open invitation to participate in all of the monthly tournaments and weekly choose-up events. Members receive a 15% discount on non-sale items in the Pro Shop. You will also be eligible to participate in the Club Championship pending your eligibility status. Eligibility status is outlined on the Tournaments page under Championship.
Membership fees will be due no later than Tournament #1. Check the membership registration form and the membership registration information for more information on submitting ECMC fees.
All existing members will receive registration information via e-mail or standard mail. If you are a new member or would like to sign up for the 2021 season via this website, please click on the registration link below. New members can also pickup a registration form in the Eagle Creek Golf Club Pro Shop or call Jason Andrews at (317) 701-1463.
Each member is responsible for accurately posting all adjusted scores in a prompt manner with the on-line USGA handicap software package. You will be able to post your scores at the Indiana Blue Golf web site. Go to www.igolfindiana.com for more details. If you have any questions about using the system, please feel free to contact us or ask the Pro Shop. If you have any questions about calculating handicaps, see the USGA or iGolf web site.
Voice Mail System
We will use the established voice mail system for all event announcements and player reservations for each week. The voice mail number is (317) 721-9354. You may make reservations starting at 8:00 am on Monday prior to the event. The cutoff time will be Thursday at NOON. Please make you reservations early as spots will fill up quickly.
Walking / Riding / Play Passes
For the 2021 season, players have the option of walking or riding during all events. If you plan to play in many or all of the ECMC events, may we suggest you purchase a 10 or 20 play pass. Both riding and walking passes are available. Contact the Eagle Creek Golf Club for details pertaining to green fees and golf pass rates.
As a member of the club, you have the option of joining the Hole-In-One Fund. The pot is currently at $1,425, not including upcoming entries for 2021. We will again sponsor a fund to be paid to the first member who makes an ace during any official Men’s Club event. Eligible events include all weekly choose-ups, monthly tournaments, travel events, and the Club Championship. All new and existing members are welcome to join by adding $5 to the membership fees.
Weekly Choose-up Events
The entry fee for weekly choose-ups will range from $5 to $10 with all money being paid out at the end of each round. Typically $5 will go to the team or individual match, $3 will go into the optional skins game pot and $2 will be placed into a weekly CTP pot for the Par 3 holes. We will use email and the voice mail system to announce and make reservations for these events. Please check the Weekly Events page for more information.
Annual Season Long Match Play Tournament
We will once again schedule our annual Season Long Match Play Tournament this year. The tournament will consist of handicapped matches between members that register for the event. Brackets and pairings are determined randomly. Please fill out the ECMC registration form and add $10 to your registration fees if you are interested in playing.
